Agent Action Receipt is MIT-licensed software supplied without warranty. It produces signed records based on inputs provided by your process; it cannot independently establish that a remote system completed an operation.
Your responsibility
Protect signing keys, choose appropriate retention and redaction policies, and integrate a durable store and external witness where your risk model requires them. Do not place secrets in optional redacted fields.
